How does my spouse or partner get access to the My Wellness?

Navigate to My Wellness.
On the enrollment page, your spouse or partner should enter their first name, last name, date of birth and your work state.
Accept the agreements.
Click Next.
On the next screen, your spouse or partner should select a username, password and complete the remaining enrollment fields.
Click Create My Account to complete the registration process.
