How do I reset my password on My Wellness?

It’s easier to reset your password on My Wellness Instead of answering three security questions, you’ll now be asked for your date of birth and person number before you reset your password. (Spouses or partners will be asked to enter the employee’s birth date, their own date of birth and the state in which the employee works.)
