What type of visits count for completing the health screening wellness activity?
If you’re currently enrolled in one of our national medical plans and complete an eligible preventive care visit between March 1, 2022 and Feb. 28, 2023, the health screening portion of your wellness activities will automatically be registered as completed — with no forms to fill out or submit. Medical providers will supply that information to My Wellness for an automatic completion for that wellness activity. For additional questions, contact your medical provider.
If you complete the health questionnaire between March 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023, it will count as completed for the 2023 Wellness Activities. This also applies to your covered spouse or partner for both the health screening and health questionnaire. You can check your completion status on My Wellness. Check completion status of these activities by visiting My Wellness and selecting the Home tab, then choose Rewards from the home menu. A green chechmark by the activity indicates completion has been recorded.
